Because of the digital nature of our programs and services, all sales with Simply Fit with Erica and Another Level CrossFit, LLC are final.


To protect the integrity of our content, including workouts, challenges, programs, and other member-exclusive materials, access will automatically expire at the end of your subscription or membership term.


If you have any questions about your membership, terms of service, or anything else, feel free to reach out to us at support@simplywitherica.com.


For purchases made directly through the Simply Fit with Erica website, our support team can assist you with billing inquiries, membership updates, cancellation requests, and more.


If you signed up through the Simply Fit with Erica app via Apple or Google Play, please note that all subscription changes must be handled through your app store account.


Since in-app purchases are processed through Apple or Google, we’re unable to access or cancel those subscriptions on your behalf.


To manage your in-app subscription, you can do the following through your device settings:


View Subscription: Check your payment receipt, trial end date, and upcoming billing info.

Cancel Subscription: Must be done via the platform (Apple or Google) where you originally purchased.

Restore Purchase: If you have an active subscription but can’t access your content, use the "Restore Purchase" option in the app.
